While we do our best to accurately reflect the level of stock we hold there will be occasions where the stock quoted on our website is incorrect. If this happens we’ll let you know.
We use PayPal to receive payments, please note we do not store any credit or debit card details. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments.
If there is a fault with any items in your order please let us know. The best thing is to get in touch with us via email – firstname.lastname@example.org

Please note that once a sale is paid for we consider it complete and do not accept returns if you then change your mind about what you’ve purchased – saying that we’ll always do our best to accommodate you so please do get in touch if you have any questions.
Sometimes we will need to cancel an order, this may be due to us not being able to ship to the destination (ie we can only send new Games Workshop and Magic: the Gathering products within the UK and EU), or the product may no longer be available (ie on backorder and since gone out of production).
We will always provide a reason for an order cancellation along with a full refund.
