Stock Levels
While we do our best to accurately reflect the level of stock we hold there will be occasions where the stock quoted on our website is incorrect. If this happens we’ll let you know.
Accounts
Due to spam orders we require everyone making an order via our website to have an account. This can be set up during checkout or in advance.
Payments
We use PayPal to receive payments, please note we do not store any credit or debit card details. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments.
Returns
If there is a fault with any items in your order please let us know. The best thing is to get in touch with us via email – store@langdengames.co.uk
Let us know the problem and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Please note that once a sale is paid for we consider it complete and do not accept returns/cancellations if you then change your mind about what you’ve purchased – saying that we’ll always do our best to accommodate you so please do get in touch if you have any questions.
Order Cancellation
Sometimes we will need to cancel an order, this may be due to us not being able to ship to the destination (ie we can only send new Games Workshop and Magic: the Gathering products within the UK and EU), or the product may no longer be available (i.e. on backorder and since gone out of production).
We will always provide a reason for an order cancellation along with a full refund.
Events
All event tickets are non refundable. However, we understand that life happens and will work with you to resolve any issues where possible. If you cannot make an event and you give us at least 7 days notice we’ll provide you with store credit on your online account equal to the value of the ticket.
